The new Immigration policy about evidence will be effective from September 11, 2018, and it will apply to all applications, petitions, and requests, except for the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA). Immigration Service is taking this approach to avoid frivolous or meritless claims that slow down processing for legitimate petitioners.
Through this policy Immigration Service is restoring full discretion to the Immigration officers to deny incomplete and ineligible applications for Immigration benefits. It means Immigration officers will be able to deny the benefit requested for failure to establish eligibility based on lack of required initial evidence.
Seek help from a professional in order to reduce a denial in your petition or application. Call the Law Offices of Michael M. Raheb, P.A. at 239-226-0888.
